These one of a kind vessels are full of character and whimsy and are made from a stoneware with a sandy texture. The lids have interlocking features but do not fully lock in place. The exteriors are unglazed. Description of individual pieces:
A: Calico Cat - This cat jar interlocks at the tail and features black and orange splotches. Note the pink toe beans and the fur detail on the chest! This jar is lined with a black glaze and measures 4" tall and 3" wide.
B: Orange Striped Cat - This cat jar features orange stripes and its tail interlock with the jar to hold the lid in place. Note the looong tail and the very solemn expression! This jar is unglazed and is approximately 5.25" tall and 3" at its widest point.
C: Mouse/Rat - This mouse jar interlocks at the paws. It features a skinny tail and a block of swiss cheese! Note the detail on the tail and those big ears. This jar is lined with a black glaze and is approximately 4.5" tall and 2.5" at its widest point.
D: Raccoon - This raccoon jar interlocks at the tail and features a carved texture on the tail. This jar is lined with a black glaze and is approximately 4.25" tall and 2.75" at its widest point.
E: Raccoon with Fish - This jar features a dead fish clutched in its paws. The jar interlocks at the arms and has an unglazed interior. It measures approximately 4.75" tall and 3" at its widest point.
F: Raccoon - This raccoon jar interlocks at the paws and features a carved texture on the tail. It is lined with a black glaze and measures approximately 4.75" tall and 2.75" at the widest point.
