Refund policy

All pieces are handmade by me in Portland, Oregon. Because of the nature of handmade goods, small variations and imperfections are part of the nature of these products.

We hope you love your purchase. If you are unhappy with an item, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that unless the piece arrives to you damaged or defective, you are responsible for shipping costs. Because we cannot refund any piece that is returned to us damaged, we recommend that if you are not confident packaging breakable items you seek out a trusted shipper to package your item for you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit for the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs will be sent to your email.

A kindly reminder that certain items (such as our seconds sale) are final sale and cannot be returned. Final sale items will be labeled as such.
