These one of a kind vessels are full of character and whimsy and are made from a stoneware with a sandy texture. The lids have interlocking features but do not fully lock in place. The exteriors are unglazed. Description of individual pieces:
A: Orange Striped Cat - This cat jar features orange stripes and its tail interlock with the jar to hold the lid in place. Note the toe beans and the very solemn expression! This jar is lined with a clear glaze and measures 3.25" tall and 2.5" wide.
B: Orange Fox - This fox jar features a fluffy tail where the jar interlocks to hold the lid in place. This jar is lined with a clear glaze and is approximately 4" tall and 2.5" at its widest point.
C: Mouse/Rat - This mouse jar interlocks at the tail. It features a skinny tail and a block of swiss cheese! Note the detail on the tail and those big ears. This jar is lined with a clear glaze and is approximately 3.25" tall and 3" at its widest point.
D: Raccoon - This raccoon jar interlocks at the tail and features a face mask and striped tail. This jar is lined with a clear glaze and is approximately 4.5" tall and 3" at its widest point.
E: Raccoon with Fish - This jar features a dead fish clutched in its paws. The jar interlocks at the tail and has an clear glazed interior. It measures approximately 3" tall and 3" at its widest point.
F: Robin #1 - This sweet jar features the summer robin and interlocks at the wings. Note the feather details on the belly. It is lined with a clear glaze and measures approximately 3" tall and 3" at the widest point.
G: Robin #2 - Another jar featuring the summer robin, with feather details on the belly and a lid that interlocks at the wings. It is lined with a clear glaze and measures approximately 3" tall and 2.5" at the widest point.
H: Black Bird #1 - This black bird jar interlocks at the wings to keep the lid in place and features fun feather details on the wings. It is clear glazed on the interior and measures approximately 3" tall and 3" at the widest point.
I: Black Bird #2 - This black bird jar is a touch smaller that the previous jar. It also interlocks at the wings and sports feather details on the wings. It is lined with a clear glaze and measures approximately 3" tall and 2.5" at the widest point.
